We are looking for a highly motivated and execution-driven Executive Manager to work directly with the CEO. This role is responsible for driving day-to-day operations, coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring timely project execution, and supporting the company's strategic growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities

Execute business strategies and organizational goals.

Oversee daily operations and ensure process efficiency.

Coordinate with technology, operations, finance, HR, and marketing teams.

Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and KPIs.

Prepare reports and business insights for the CEO.

Drive operational excellence and continuous process improvement.

Support business expansion, partnerships,



and strategic initiatives. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Management, Commerce, or a related field (MBA preferred).

5+ years of experience in operations, project management, or business leadership.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Experience in startups, technology, or IT services is preferred.
