About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and execution-driven Executive Manager to work directly with the CEO. This role is responsible for driving day-to-day operations, coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring timely project execution, and supporting the company's strategic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute business strategies and organizational goals.
- Oversee daily operations and ensure process efficiency.
- Coordinate with technology, operations, finance, HR, and marketing teams.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and KPIs.
- Prepare reports and business insights for the CEO.
- Drive operational excellence and continuous process improvement.
- Support business expansion, partnerships,



and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Management, Commerce, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in operations, project management, or business leadership.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in startups, technology, or IT services is preferred.
