Job Title: Recruiter (IT Recruitment)

Location: Ahmedabad (Work From Office)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Recruiter with 1.5 to 3 years of experience in end-to-end IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, salary negotiations, and offer management while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for IT & Non-IT positions.
- Source candidates through platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, Apna, Hirist , and other relevant job portals.
- Screen candidates and assess their technical fit based on job requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Handle salary negotiations and offer rollout.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and understand business requirements in detail.




- Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular hiring updates.
- Organize and coordinate walk-in drives, campus/placement drives, and recruitment events.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills:

- 1.5 – 3 years of experience in IT Recruitment (Mandatory).
- Experience in hiring for technical and non-technical roles both.
- Strong sourcing skills using multiple recruitment platforms.
- Good understanding of recruitment processes and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
