Inventory Accuracy, Shrinkage & Packaging

- Responsible for maintaining high inventory accuracy across all LEGO categories through regular cycle counts, system-to-physical stock reconciliation, and variance control.

- Actively support shrinkage control by following loss prevention SOPs, secure handling, and restricted stock access.

- Ensure strict adherence to approved packaging standards for all inward, outward, IST, RTV, and online dispatches.

- Use correct carton sizes, fillers, dividers, sealing, and labelling to prevent transit damage.

- Track, document, and analyze damages with corrective actions.

Inward–Outward, Logistics & IST

- Manage all goods receipt, outward dispatches, inter-store transfers (IST), RTVs, and logistics coordination.

- Ensure physical verification against invoices and timely GRN posting within SLA.

- Coordinate with warehouses, transporters, and HO teams.

- Escalate delays, shortages, or damages promptly and ensure zero unauthorized stock movement.

Replenishment & Availability

- Ensure timely backroom-to-shopfloor replenishment to maintain high on-shelf availability, especially for fast movers and hero SKUs.

- Monitor low stock, overstock, and ageing inventory.

- Support sales, VM, launches, and promotions with accurate stock visibility and FIFO compliance.

Admin Procurement & Store Support

- Manage store-level admin procurement including stationery, packaging materials, housekeeping supplies, and consumables.

- Raise timely indents, track consumption,



and ensure cost control.

Carry Bag Procurement & Tracking:

- Ensure timely procurement of approved carry bags, maintain usage tracking, prevent stock-outs, monitor misuse, and keep records audit-ready.

- Operations Support – New Store Openings & Post-Refit Store Openings: Support current store launches and store re-openings post refit by coordinating inventory readiness, logistics planning, in warding, system mapping, backroom setup, pre-opening stock counts, and zero-variance handover.

- Provide post-opening stabilization support to ensure process adherence and inventory accuracy.

Cashiering Support – Weekends & Peak Days

- Support billing and cashiering during weekends, holidays, and high footfall periods.

- Ensure POS compliance, billing accuracy, zero cash variance, and adherence to cash handling SOPs.

- Handle multiple payment modes and assist in resolving billing or system issues while maintaining customer service standards.

Compliance, Audit, Behaviour & Backroom Management

- Ensure full compliance with LEGO SOPs, statutory norms, safety standards, and audit requirements.

- Participate in audits and close gaps within timelines.

- Manage backroom and additional storage locations by maintaining layout, zoning, FIFO, security, and accurate system mapping.

- Conduct periodic checks to prevent damage, ageing, or shrinkage.

- Demonstrate ownership, discipline, collaboration, and proactive process improvement.
