Job Summary
We are hiring an Executive HR MIS & Analytics to manage HR data, dashboards, reports, surveys, and HR coordination across campuses and regional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly HR MIS, dashboards, and reports
- Maintain HRMS data accuracy and employee records
- Coordinate with HR, Payroll, L&D;, and Finance teams
- Monitor recruitment status, headcount, and attrition reports
- Manage employee engagement and onboarding surveys
- Support HR policies, contracts, and performance management processes
- Handle ad-hoc HR reports and projects
Requirements
- Min 3 years of experience in HR MIS/HR Operations
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- Positive communication and coordination abilities
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred
