Role Description The Executive Housekeeper is responsible for overseeing all housekeeping operations to ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. This full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru North involves leading and supervising housekeeping and laundry teams, scheduling staff, and monitoring daily work assignments. The role includes conducting inspections, maintaining inventory of linen, guest supplies, and cleaning materials, and ensuring adherence to brand standards and safety protocols.

Housekeeper collaborates closely with Front Office, Engineering, and Food & Beverage teams to support seamless guest experiences, manage special requests, and coordinate room readiness. Additional responsibilities include training and coaching team members, handling guest feedback, optimizing department costs, and contributing to service improvement initiatives.

Qualifications Strong housekeeping and laundry management skills, including experience overseeing room cleaning, public area upkeep, and linen care.

Effective communication and customer service skills to interact with guests and collaborate with cross-functional hotel teams.

Excellent organization skills to manage schedules, inventories, inspections, and departmental workflows.

Demonstrated ability in staff training, coaching, and performance management within housekeeping or related hotel operations.

Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial housekeeping role in upscale or luxury hotels is highly beneficial.

Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene standards, as well as familiarity with hotel housekeeping systems and procedures.

Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and shifts, and to handle high-occupancy periods in a fast-paced environment.

Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
