Role & responsibilities The Quality Executive Final Testing is responsible for ensuring that all Extra High Voltage (EHV) Instrument Transformers (Current Transformers and Voltage Transformers/CVTs, and Condenser Bushings) conform to applicable standards, customer specifications, and internal quality requirements before dispatch. The role involves planning and executing routine and acceptance tests, verifying test results, ensuring compliance with IEC/IS standards, coordinating customer inspections, and maintaining accurate quality documentation. The incumbent works closely with production, design, testing, and quality teams to resolve non-conformities, support root cause analysis, and drive continual improvement in testing processes.

The position plays a critical role in ensuring product reliability, regulatory compliance, customer satisfaction, and secure operation of high-voltage equipment in the field. He will work in three shifts.

Plan, coordinate, and execute routine, acceptance, and special tests on EHV Instrument Transformers. Verify compliance of test results with IEC, IS, customer specifications, and approved Quality Plans (QAPs).



Ensure all mandatory pre-dispatch inspections are completed before product release. Review and validate test records, calibration status, and test equipment readiness. Ensure safe execution of high-voltage testing activities.

Raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) for deviations identified during testing. Coordinate with Production, Design, Manufacturing Engineering, and Process Quality for timely resolution of quality issues. Participate in root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Coordinate customer, third-party, and statutory inspections. Demonstrate testing activities during customer inspections. Resolve customer queries related to quality documentation. Ensure timely closure of inspection observations.

- Dispatch Clearance Documents

Ensure complete traceability of materials, components, and test results. Maintain compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 17025 (where applicable), and internal quality systems
