Role

We are looking for an experienced, creative, and hands-on Executive Chef to lead all culinary operations across our brands. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives on innovation, consistency, and team development.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee all kitchen operations across multiple brands.
- Develop seasonal menus and innovative dishes.
- Maintain exceptional food quality and presentation standards.
- Control food cost, wastage, and kitchen profitability.
- Standardize recipes and kitchen SOPs.
- Train, mentor, and develop kitchen teams.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.




- Work closely with management on new restaurant concepts, menu engineering, and business growth.

Requirements

- 8+ years of professional culinary experience, including leadership roles.
- Experience in multi-cuisine kitchens; Asian, Continental, Indian, and Modern dining experience is preferred.
- Strong understanding of kitchen management, food costing, and inventory control.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Passion for innovation and maintaining high culinary standards.
