The Executive Assistant will act as the Proprietor’s central coordination point, ensuring accountability across the organisation while also undertaking research, data compilation and important growth missions
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Proprietor's calendar, meetings, and priorities.
- Coordinate, delegate, and track tasks across teams to ensure timely completion.
- Prepare reports, meeting minutes, emails, and presentations.
- Conduct business research, compile data, and prepare actionable insights.
- Drive special projects and growth initiatives from planning to execution.
- Follow up with employees and stakeholders while maintaining strict confidentiality.
