- Manage executive calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Prepare presentations, reports, meeting agendas, and minutes.
- Draft, proofread, and manage qualified email communication on behalf of the executive.
- Prepare and format official business letters, correspondence, notices, and other formal documents.
- Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Track action items and follow up on deliverables.
- Organize events, board meetings, and executive visits.
- Maintain records, files, and documentation.
- Assist with special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned.
