We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and coordination support to senior leadership. The role requires solid organisational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality in a fast-paced professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support
- Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Handle correspondence, documentation, and day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Act as a gatekeeper by prioritising communication and requests.
- Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Coordination & Communication
- Serve as a primary point of contact between leadership and internal/external stakeholders.
- Coordinate meetings, calls, and leadership interactions across teams.
- Ensure timely follow-ups on action items, requests, and approvals.
Meetings & Documentation
- Prepare agendas, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Record minutes where required and track action items to closure.
- Maintain organised and up-to-date records of meetings, documents, and communications.
Logistics & Scheduling
- Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel.
- Support logistics for leadership meetings, events, and stakeholder engagements.
- Ensure smooth scheduling across multiple priorities and time zones.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 3–6 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organisational, time-management, and multitasking capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to anticipate requirements and take initiative.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
