- Manage and maintain executive calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-ups
- Serve as a liaison between the executive(s) and internal/external stakeholders
- Screen and prioritize email and other communications
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as requested
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Organize and manage expense reports and reimbursements
- Support project tracking and coordination for executive-led initiatives
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and office management
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with calendar and travel management tools
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with high attention to detail
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
- Bachelors degree preferred (but not required, depending on experience)

- Familiarity with collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet)
