We are looking for an Executive in Asset Management to manage fixed assets across assigned properties. The role will be responsible for maintaining accurate asset records, asset tagging, system mapping, physical verification, asset handover and takeover, and ensuring timely asset audits.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain an accurate fixed asset register across assigned properties.
- Ensure all assets are tagged and mapped correctly in the asset management system.
- Track asset movement, transfers, additions, and disposals with proper documentation.
- Coordinate asset handover and takeover between the Asset and Operations teams during property onboarding, exits, and transfers.
- Conduct periodic physical verification and asset audits as per the defined schedule.
- Reconcile physical assets with system records and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports on asset inventory, audit status, and asset movements.
- Ensure compliance with company asset management policies and processes.
Eligibility / Preferred Background
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline is preferred.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience in Asset Management, Inventory Management, Warehouse Operations, Property Operations, or Facilities Management are preferred.
