Description:

To plan and perform method development, analysis and validation activity by using Particle size analyser.

To plan and perform method development, analysis and validation activity by Titration,TLC,UV,XRPD,ICP-MS, Potentiometric.

Responsible for Handling and analysis for Qualification of PRS, WS and Impurities.

To maintain and issue the chemical, glassware and stationary stock of the ADL.

Preparation of Volumetric solutions and perform analysis in Wet lab of the ADL.

To ensure cleanliness in ADL and its record on daily basis.

To prepare and review analytical documents.

To undertake and report any other job assigned by section in-charge / authorized designee / head of the department.

Ensure to follow the safety norms and company policy.

To follow the SOPs and STPs.

Responsible to follow and maintain the cGMP and GLP.

To calibrate and operate Analytical Balance, Micro Analytical Balance, pH meter,



Karl-Fischer Titrator, Gas chromatography, High performance liquid chromatography, Photo stability chamber, UV Spectrophotometer, IR Spectrometer, Polarimeter ,Potentiometric , Muffle furnace, melting point, and vacuum oven, DSC, TGA, LC-MS, GC-MS, IC,XRPD,ICP-MS.

To monitor and perform instrument qualification and calibration activity.

To plan and perform method development, analysis and validation activity by using Gas chromatography To plan and perform method development, analysis and validation activity by using High performance liquid chromatography To plan and perform method development analysis.
