Role & responsibilities

- Patient Relation Executive (PRE) will arrange for drafted summaries, diagnostics reports, surgical clearance and coordinate with multiple departments and realize all pending works clearance, Meet Newly admitted patient family members & room orientation, take their feedback's, resolve coordinating the concerned stakeholders timely.
- Coordinate with Nursing for Service bookings, take slots for Diagnostics services, coordinate with transport team, pharmacist for returns, coordinate with Doctors and ensures timely case sheet writing & clearances for billing for nurses timely.
- Explain the patient family & orient discharge process & the probable TAT and also ensures the complete cycle is governed.




- To support Nursing by attending call bells/telephones during the nurses/concerned absence/@ bedside and play role in supporting better patient care.
- Room orientation to the patients, handing over of freshness kits, sharing wifi password etc.
- Coordination and completion of cross referrals Consultants visits.

Preferred candidate profile

- Presentable, Courteous, Proactive, Positive Communication skills, Team Player, Multi-tasking abilities
- Candidate from Healthcare (Hospitals) with relevant experience only.
