Role Description The Event Planner Intern will support the planning and execution of on-site events located in Gurugram. This internship role involves assisting with event concept development, vendor coordination, venue arrangements, and logistics planning.

The intern will help prepare event timelines, manage checklists, and support communication with clients and partners under the guidance of senior team members.



Day-to-day tasks may include research for themes and decor, preparing presentations and proposals, maintaining documentation, and assisting with on-ground event setup and coordination. The role offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end event management and requires flexibility to work during event schedules and peak periods.

Qualifications

- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills to handle multiple event-related activities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members, vendors, and clients.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort with digital tools for planning and documentation.
- Creative thinking and attention to detail for developing themes, decor ideas, and overall event experiences.
- Ability to work in office in Gurugram, adapt to dynamic schedules, and remain calm under pressure during events.
- Interest in event management, hospitality, or related fields; coursework or prior internship experience is an advantage.
- Professional attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn from feedback and take initiative.
