Role Description

We are seeking an Event Management Intern to join our on-site team in New Delhi. This role offers hands-on exposure to the end-to-end event management process. Responsibilities include:

- Assisting with event logistics, vendor coordination, and venue setup




- Supporting sponsorship calling and client communication
- Helping with event branding, promotional activities, and documentation
- Providing on-ground support during events and managing timelines
- Contributing to post-event reporting and feedback collection

Qualifications
- Strong interest and foundational skills in Event Planning & Management
- Excellent communication skills for client dealing and vendor coordination
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a agile environment
- Basic knowledge of marketing and brand activations
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; willingness to learn event-specific tools
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends during events
- Pursuing or completed studies in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, Communications, or related fields preferred
