We are seeking an Event Management Intern to join our on-site team in New Delhi. This role offers hands-on exposure to the end-to-end event management process.

Responsibilities include

Assisting with event logistics, vendor coordination, and venue setup





Supporting sponsorship calling and client communication

Helping with event branding, promotional activities, and documentation

Providing on-ground support during events and managing timelines

Contributing to post-event reporting and feedback collection Qualifications

Strong interest and foundational skills in Event Planning & Management

Excellent communication skills for client dealing and vendor coordination

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic environment

Basic knowledge of marketing and brand activations

Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; willingness to learn event-specific tools

Flexibility to work evenings/weekends during events

Pursuing or completed studies in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, Communications, or related fields preferred
