We are looking for a passionate, creative, and result-oriented Event Manager to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, manage, and execute corporate, social, cultural, and government events from concept to completion.

- Meet clients, understand their requirements, and develop creative event concepts and proposals.

- Prepare event budgets, timelines, production schedules, and project plans.

- Coordinate with vendors, artists, venues, production teams, decorators, and technical partners.

- Lead event setup, rehearsals, execution, and dismantling while ensuring quality standards.

- Manage client communication and maintain strong long-term relationships.

- Handle procurement, negotiations, and vendor management.

- Ensure smooth coordination among internal departments and external stakeholders.

- Solve on-site challenges efficiently under pressure.

- Maintain event documentation, reports, and post-event evaluations.

- Support business development by identifying new opportunities and assisting in client presentations.

Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Relevant certifications in Event Management are an added advantage.
