What You’ll Do

- Café & Venue Partnerships

Scout cool cafés and venues across Delhi NCR Build genuine, long-term relationships with cafés, colleges & communities

Make sure every venue matches the signature CCC vibe

- Events, Events, Events

Plan and execute smooth, buzzing chess meetups Lead volunteers & on-ground crew with confidence

Manage registrations, logistics, flow & guest experience

- Marketing & Outreach

Engage with student clubs & local communities Boost participation through consistent outreach

Promote merchandise and build the “chess lifestyle” culture

- Sales & Growth

Convert walk-ins,



inquiries & social leads into participants Achieve revenue & attendance targets

Analyse performance and level up event-by-event

- Coordination & Admin

Keep participant lists, payments & documentation tidy Coordinate with venues, team members & vendors

Maintain trackers, checklists & reports

Job Types: Part-time, Fresher, Internship, Volunteer Pay: ₹3,000.00 per month
