Role Description The Event Partner is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Kolkata Area. This position involves planning, coordinating, and executing events that align with Naukripay Group’s brand and business objectives, including job fairs, client-focused events, and promotional activities.

The Event

Partner will manage vendor and venue coordination, oversee event logistics, and ensure a positive experience for attendees, clients, and partners. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams on event concepts, supporting event marketing initiatives,



engaging with participants, and collecting feedback to improve future events. The role also requires maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, tracking event performance metrics, and contributing to sales and business development through event-related opportunities.

Qualifications

- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and client relationship management.
- Excellent Communication abilities, both verbal and written, with active listening and presentation skills.
- Event Planning and coordination skills for organizing, scheduling, and executing events end-to-end.
- Event Marketing experience to support promotional campaigns, audience engagement, and brand visibility.
- Sales and negotiation skills to convert event leads into opportunities and support business growth.
- Ability to work on-site in the Greater Kolkata Area, including occasional evening or weekend events.
- Robust organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience in HR, staffing, or service-based industries is an advantage.
- Proficiency with basic office and collaboration tools; familiarity with event management or CRM software is a plus.
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
