We are looking for an experienced EV Retrofit / ICE-to-EV Conversion professional to lead and manage vehicle conversion projects involving the transformation of conventional petrol/diesel vehicles into electric vehicles.

The candidate should have practical knowledge of automotive systems and EV technology and should be capable of coordinating retrofit projects for L3, L5 vehicles, buses, and trucks.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage ICE-to-EV vehicle retrofit and conversion projects.
- Coordinate conversion of conventional petrol/diesel vehicles into EVs.
- Work on retrofit projects involving L3 and L5 vehicles, buses, and trucks.
- Understand vehicle architecture and identify suitable EV conversion solutions.
- Coordinate with engineering and technical teams for retrofit design and implementation.
- Support selection and integration of EV components such as motors, batteries, controllers, and related systems.
- Monitor retrofit activities from initial assessment through testing and delivery.




- Conduct technical evaluation of vehicles before retrofit.
- Identify technical issues and implement appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate vehicle testing, commissioning, and performance validation.
- Maintain technical documentation and project records.
- Ensure retrofit activities are carried out according to applicable technical and safety requirements.
- Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams.

Desired Candidate Profile
- 410 years of experience in EV, automobile, automotive engineering, EV conversion, or retrofit.
- Hands-on experience in ICE-to-EV conversion/retrofit preferred.
- Experience with L3/L5 vehicles, buses, trucks, or commercial vehicles will be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of automotive and EV systems.
- Valuable troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates with practical workshop/vehicle conversion experience will be preferred.
