Role Overview :

As a Backend Developer, you will be responsible for designing and maintaining the core server-side logic that powers our diverse range of digital products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including frontend engineers, product managers, and data architects, to translate complex business requirements into high-performance, maintainable code. Your contributions will directly influence the scalability of our platforms, ensuring seamless user experiences and reliable data processing for our growing client base in our Gurgaon office.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement scalable RESTful webservices to support high-traffic applications and ensure seamless integration across internal and external systems.
- Optimize database performance by designing productive schemas and queries for both SQL and NoSQL environments to handle large-scale data operations.




- Collaborate with the DevOps team to streamline CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment processes on AWS infrastructure to improve release velocity.
- Maintain high code quality standards through rigorous peer reviews and the implementation of automated testing frameworks to minimize production defects.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex backend bottlenecks, ensuring system stability and high availability for all end-users.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated proficiency in developing production-grade applications using Node.js and Python, with a deep understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture.
- Proven ability to manage and scale cloud-native applications on AWS, utilizing services effectively to optimize cost and performance.
- Strong expertise in database management, with the ability to choose and implement the right SQL or NoSQL solutions based on specific project requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical challenges and solutions to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
- Proficiency in version control systems like Git, with a disciplined approach to branching strategies and collaborative development workflows.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, office-based environment in Gurgaon, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive approach to solving technical hurdles.
- Candidates must possess 4 - 6 years of relevant professional experience in backend development.
