As an ETL Automation Engineer - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in transforming data into actionable insights within our Data and Analytics Engineering group. You will be at the forefront of data engineering, focusing on automating ETL processes to enhance data accessibility and reliability for our clients. Within our Data Modernisation practice, you will leverage your skills to drive innovation and efficiency in data handling and processing. As a Senior Associate, you will develop meaningful client connections and anticipate their needs, using your problem-solving skills to navigate complex situations. You will guide and mentor junior team members, fostering their growth while maintaining professional standards.
Your role will involve analyzing intricate data concepts and interpreting feedback to inform insights and recommendations, contributing to the firm's overall business strategies. Responsibilities - Developing and automating ETL processes using Apache Airflow and Azure Data Factory to streamline data integration and transformation
- Implementing data architecture development and database optimization strategies to enhance data infrastructure performance
- Utilizing Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure Databricks for scalable data solutions and cloud-based analytics
- Designing and maintaining data pipelines and data lakes to support data warehousing and analytics initiatives
- Conducting data validation and data quality assessments to confirm data integrity and reliability
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address data challenges and improve data strategy execution
- Applying analytical thinking and creativity to solve complex data engineering problems and optimize data workflows
- Managing database administration tasks, including performance tuning and query optimization, to support productive data processing
- Building relationships with stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver tailored data solutions What You Must Have - At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required What Sets You Apart - Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Management Information Systems, Computer and Information Science, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Mathematical Statistics
