Position Summary

We are looking for an Estimation & Costing Engineer with experience in Pharma HVAC and Clean Room projects. The role involves client interaction, estimation, costing, proposal preparation, vendor coordination, and supporting project execution across India.

Key Responsibilities

- Interact with clients and follow up on current enquiries via phone and site visits across India.
- Collect project information and understand customer requirements.
- Prepare techno-commercial quotations and estimation proposals.
- Develop design solutions wherever required.
- Coordinate with Design, Projects, and Purchase teams.
- Follow up for quotations, negotiations, and purchase orders.
- Maintain enquiry, quotation, project, vendor, and client records.
- Conduct market research and develop new clients across PAN India.




- Build relationships with clients, consultants, and vendors.
- Maintain project master data and ERP records.

Technical Responsibilities
- HVAC low-side and high-side estimation for Pharma Clean Rooms
- Heat load calculations
- Preparation of BOQ
- Preparation of project offers
- Vendor comparison and costing analysis
