ESKAR Functional Specialist-Enterprise Apps Area(s) of responsibility – Esker AP Automation Specialist Role Summary Looking for a Technical Specialist with hands-on experience in Esker AP Automation to manage invoice processing, integrations, and production support.

Key Responsibilities Manage Esker platform (profiles, workflows, OCR, inbound channels) Handle invoice lifecycle including validation, approval, and rejection Support PO & Non-PO invoice processing and reconciliation logic Work on Esker–ERP integrations (SAP, NetSuite, Infor CSI) via APIs/SFTP Troubleshoot invoice errors, mapping issues, and runtime failures Act as SPOC for Esker-related issues and coordinate with AP & ERP teams Provide production support, debugging, and issue resolution Prepare documentation and support KT sessions Required Skills Strong experience in Esker AP Automation Knowledge of AP processes and invoice workflows Experience with API integrations, JSON/XML Basic JavaScript for logic handling Soft Skills Solid troubleshooting and analytical skills Good communication and stakeholder management Experience Level Mid Level
