This role will work closely with ESI Sales Finance Team to support in all aspects of tracking and reporting Sales data, the Sales Database (SDB) is the primary source of data for Sales Finance and Commission payment across EMEA with the intention that the scope is expanded to include APAC and LATAM also. In partnership with the Sales Finance Team the focus is to continue to develop and enhance the capabilities to meet with evolving user requirements including integration and mapping to Oracle in accordance with the Global Oracle to cash (OTC) program roll out.

Strong expertise in SQL with hands-on experience in database development and troubleshooting using .Net applications.

Working knowledge of C#.NET and any front-end technologies. Excellent hands-on experience in creating & maintaining various database objects like Tables/Indexes/Partitions etc.

In-Depth expertise in coding, developing & error handling Views/Procedures/Functions & Exception Handling.

Positive expertise with tuning SQL queries and identifying & resolving database performance issues.





Experience in gathering requirements, ability to perform Data Analysis and good understanding of Data Quality.

Knowledge of DBA tasks would be an added advantage Awareness of DW Implementation Methodologies, processes, and estimations is a plus.

Knowledge on implementing database security would be advantageous.
