Are you passionate about leveraging finance expertise and enterprise technology to drive business efficiency and process excellence?

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical ERP Finance Consultant to join our Finance Systems team. In this role, you will act as a key link between finance operations and technology, supporting the implementation, configuration, optimization, and ongoing maintenance of enterprise financial systems. You will work closely with stakeholders to streamline financial processes, improve system functionality, and ensure data integrity across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure, maintain, and support core financial modules such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Cash Management, and Budgeting.
- Collaborate with finance stakeholders to gather business requirements, analyze existing processes, and translate needs into effective system solutions.
- Manage and maintain financial master data, including Chart of Accounts (COA), system configurations, dimensions, and related financial attributes, ensuring strong governance and data accuracy.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance financial reports, dashboards, reconciliations, and analytical tools to support business decision-making, month-end close activities, and audits.
- Provide functional support for system-related queries, troubleshoot issues, and resolve transaction, posting, and operational errors efficiently.
- Coordinate with technical teams on system enhancements, integrations, upgrades,



testing activities, and deployment initiatives.
- Perform Quality Assurance (QA) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate system functionality and ensure business requirements are met.
- Create user documentation, knowledge materials, and training programs while supporting change management initiatives across business functions.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education

- MBA in Finance preferred.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in financial systems consulting, ERP finance support, business process analysis, or enterprise application implementation.

Technical & Functional Expertise
- Strong understanding of end-to-end finance processes, including:
- Record-to-Report (R2R)
- Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
- Order-to-Cash (O2C)
- Financial Close and Reporting
- Experience working with enterprise ERP platforms and financial applications.
- Proficiency in reporting tools, advanced spreadsheets, data analysis, and basic SQL for troubleshooting and reporting purposes.
- Knowledge of financial controls, accounting principles, and system configuration best practices.
