Role & responsibilities:-

- Administer, configure, and support Microsoft ERP applications across business functions.

- Manage day-to-day ERP operations and ensure smooth system availability.

- Coordinate with business users to understand requirements and provide functional support.

- Troubleshoot ERP application issues and ensure timely resolution.

- Create and manage user accounts, roles, security permissions, and access controls.

- Coordinate with Microsoft ERP implementation partners and vendors for issue Resolution, software updates, patches, and enhancements.

- Assist in ERP configuration, customization testing (UAT), module implementation, and deployment.

- Generate MIS reports, dashboards, and business reports as required by management.

- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality within the ERP application.

- Prepare SOPs, user manuals, training materials, and technical documentation.

- Conduct end-user training and provide ongoing functional support.

- Monitor ERP system performance and recommend process improvements.

- Support ERP integration with HR, Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Payroll, Asset Management, CRM,



and other enterprise applications.

- Maintain incident logs, change requests, and service tickets.

- Ensure compliance with organizational IT policies, data security standards, and audit requirements.

- Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors for continuous ERP improvements.

Preferred candidate profile:-

- Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics ERP modules.

- Knowledge of Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Sales, Fixed Assets, or Supply Chain modules.

- Experience in ERP implementation, user support, testing (UAT), and change management.

- Positive understanding of ERP workflows, business processes, and reporting.

- Experience working with SQL-based reporting, Power BI, or SSRS is an added advantage.

- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and ERP implementation partners.
