Role Description The Workplace Specialist will work on-site in Navi Mumbai in a full-time capacity, supporting clients and internal teams with environmental compliance, sustainability initiatives, and health and safety practices. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting environmental and occupational health assessments, monitoring workplace safety conditions, and supporting ESG and EPR-related projects. The role involves developing and implementing environmental awareness programs,



preparing reports and documentation for regulatory compliance, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure adherence to relevant standards.

The Environment

Specialist will also contribute to training sessions, workshops, and knowledge-building activities through Ecovijay Academy, helping organizations integrate sustainability into their operations.

Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Environment Health and Safety (EHS) and Health & Safety skills for managing workplace risks and compliance.

Candidates should possess Environmental Awareness and Occupational Health skills to assess impacts and promote responsible practices.

Candidates should possess Training skills to deliver workshops, awareness sessions, and capacity-building programs.

Relevant qualifications such as a degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field are beneficial.

Knowledge of Indian environmental regulations, ESG frameworks, and EPR guidelines, along with strong analytical and reporting skills, is preferred.

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and manage multiple projects on-site is important.
