Role Description The Entuity role at Parseq is a full time position focused on supporting and optimizing network monitoring and management solutions for internal teams and clients. Based in the Pune Division in a hybrid working model, the role combines on-site collaboration with flexible work-from-home arrangements.
Day-to-day responsibilities typically include configuring and maintaining Entuity and related tools, monitoring network performance and availability, investigating incidents, and contributing to problem resolution. The role may also involve generating and analyzing reports, supporting implementation projects,
documenting processes and configurations, and collaborating with IT, operations, and service delivery teams to ensure reliable, efficient services. The successful candidate will be expected to follow best practices, adhere to security and compliance requirements, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives across Parseq’s technology environment.
Qualifications
- Network monitoring and management skills, including experience with Entuity or similar network monitoring platforms, and a solid understanding of network infrastructure and performance metrics.
- General IT operations and support capabilities, such as troubleshooting incidents, working with ticketing systems, and collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Data analysis and reporting skills, including the ability to interpret monitoring data, create dashboards or reports, and provide actionable insights for operational improvements.
- Process and documentation skills, including maintaining accurate technical documentation, following standardized procedures, and contributing to service improvement plans.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly and work in cross-functional teams across different locations.
- Beneficial qualifications include a degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, and relevant certifications in networking or systems (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+).
