AXS Solutions is seeking a dynamic and driven Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) to join the Founders Office. The ideal candidate will work closely with the founders to drive the growth and expansion of AXS in various dimensions, including business development, strategic partnerships, innovation, and operational efficiency. Responsibilities
- 1. Strategic Growth Initiatives: Identify and develop new business opportunities and markets for expansion.
- 2. Business Development: Lead efforts to establish and maintain strategic partnerships and alliances.
- 3. Innovation and Product Development: Work with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and product development.
- 4. Operational Efficiency: Analyze and improve existing business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- 5. Leadership and Mentorship: Mentor and support junior team members and emerging leaders within the organization.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-7 years of experience in business development, strategy,
consulting, or a related field; experience in a startup environment is a plus.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Proven track record of entrepreneurial success, either as a founder or in a leadership role in a high-growth company.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
- Business Acumen: Deep understanding of business operations, financial planning, and market dynamics.
- Leadership: Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and influence stakeholders.
