We’re Hiring: Venture Builder – Mental Health & Partnerships ? Bengaluru | Full time Over the last decade, Insighte has built one of India’s leading child development organisations, supporting thousands of children, families and schools. We’re now looking for someone to build what’s next. This isn’t a role for someone looking to manage an existing department.
It’s for someone who loves building businesses. Maybe you’ve started a mental health startup, counselling practice, school wellbeing company, therapy platform or another service business. Maybe it grew.
Maybe it failed. Either way, you’ve learned how hard it is to build something from scratch. We’re looking for someone who has thought about pricing, sales, partnerships, hiring, customer acquisition and building a sustainable business—not just delivering programmes.
As our Venture Builder – Mental Health & Partnerships, you’ll build and scale one of Insighte’s next growth engines. What you’ll build • A high-impact Counselling vertical serving children, adolescents and families.
- A School Mental Health business partnering with schools across India through wellbeing programmes, counselling, SEL and capacity-building.
- New B2B partnerships with schools, organisations, hospitals, NGOs and CSR partners.
- Scalable products, services and revenue models that can grow beyond founder-led relationships. You’ll own Business strategy and growth

Launching new initiatives alongside the Founder You’ll have the freedom to build like an entrepreneur, backed by an organisation with an established brand, clinical credibility, operational infrastructure and a decade of trust in the sector.
