Role Description The Enterprise System Administrator is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for managing and maintaining enterprise IT systems, including servers, operating systems, and core infrastructure components. Daily tasks include monitoring system performance, applying patches and updates, managing user accounts and permissions, and ensuring high availability and reliability of systems.

Administrator will diagnose and resolve technical issues, provide escalated support to internal teams, and collaborate with network and security teams to maintain a secure and stable workplace. The role also involves documenting configurations and procedures, participating in system upgrades and migrations,



and contributing to continuous improvement of IT operations.

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years of experience in managing and maintaining Windows server operating systems and enterprise infrastructure.

Administer and support Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, SMTP, Group Policy, and related core infrastructure services.

Deploy, configure, and support Microsoft Exchange (On-Premises and/or Microsoft 365/Office 365).

Design, implement, and manage virtualization environments using VMware and Microsoft Hyper-V.

Monitor system health, performance, and availability using enterprise monitoring tools such as Logic Monitor.

Manage enterprise storage solutions, including SAN, NAS, and backup technologies (NetApp, Nimble, Pure Storage, or equivalent).

Configure and troubleshoot firewalls, load balancers, and other networking components to ensure secure and reliable operations.

Perform hardware and software installation, upgrades, patching, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.

Support infrastructure deployment, disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity initiatives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement infrastructure improvements and ensure high system availability
