Your Mission

Design, implement, and continuously improve the systems that run our business.

You will work across every department including:

- Sales & CRM
- Interior Design
- Project Management
- Procurement
- Workshop & Manufacturing
- Site Execution
- Accounts & Finance
- HR
- Customer Experience

Your goal is to eliminate manual work, create efficient workflows, and ensure every project moves seamlessly from enquiry to handover. Key ResponsibilitiesERP Implementation & Management
- Lead the implementation and administration of Zoho One applications.
- Configure and optimize Zoho CRM, Projects, Books, Inventory, Creator, Analytics, Forms, Flow, and WorkDrive.
- Build scalable workflows and automation.

Business Process Mapping
- Understand existing workflows across departments.




- Document and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Convert business processes into digital workflows.

Workflow Automation Design automations for processes such as:
- Lead → Client → Project
- Design Approval → Working Drawings
- Procurement Requests → Purchase Orders
- Workshop Production → Dispatch
- Site Execution → Handover
- Payment Follow-ups
- Approval Systems

Reporting & Dashboards

Develop management dashboards for

- Project Progress
- Revenue
- Procurement
- Budget vs Actual
- Team Productivity
- Project Profitability
- Client Status
- KPI Tracking

User Training
- Train employees across departments.
- Improve ERP adoption.
- Prepare user manuals and documentation.

Continuous Improvement
- Identify operational bottlenecks.
- Recommend better workflows.
- Introduce AI and automation wherever possible.
