The Enterprise

Architect plays a pivotal role in guiding the organization through complex changes by providing strategic direction and fostering collaboration across multiple teams to achieve a cohesive and productive architecture framework.

Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.





Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the development and communication of enterprise architecture principles and standards to ensure alignment across the organization.

Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to identify and resolve architectural challenges and promote best practices.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition.

Strong knowledge of software design patterns and architectural frameworks relevant to enterprise solutions.

Experience in designing scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using Java Enterprise Edition.

Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.

Familiarity with integration technologies and middleware to support enterprise-wide connectivity.

Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering sustainable and innovative architecture solutions.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
