Key Responsibilities

- Teach English language and literature to students in the Primary Section.
- Develop engaging lesson plans aligned with the school's curriculum and learning objectives.
- Foster students' reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills through interactive teaching methodologies.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment.
- Assess students' academic performance through regular assignments, projects, and examinations.
- Monitor students' progress and provide constructive feedback to parents and school management.
- Encourage creativity, critical thinking, and effective communication among students.
- Participate in school assemblies, meetings, training sessions, and co-curricular activities.
- Maintain accurate academic records, attendance, and student performance reports.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and school administration to ensure continuous academic improvement.

Eligibility Criteria




- Bachelor's Degree in English or a relevant discipline.
- B.Ed. qualification is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in an English Medium School (Primary Section).
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Strong classroom management and student engagement skills.
- Good interpersonal, organizational, and communication abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented educational environment.
