Role Description The English Teacher role at Frankfinn Institute of Air Hostess Training, Raipur is a full-time, on-site position.

The English

Teacher will design and deliver engaging English language lessons tailored to learners preparing for careers in aviation, hospitality, travel, and customer service. Daily responsibilities include lesson planning, classroom instruction, assessing learner progress, and providing constructive feedback. The role involves supporting learners in developing spoken and written English, vocabulary, grammar, and professional communication skills.

Teacher will collaborate with other faculty members, participate in academic planning, and maintain accurate records of attendance and performance.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of Experiance





- Strong English Teaching and Teaching skills, with experience delivering structured lessons in a classroom setting.
- Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Education practices to create effective, learner-centered instructional materials.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear spoken and written English and the ability to explain concepts simply.
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in English, Education, Communication, or a related field.
- Prior teaching or training experience, preferably with young adults or vocational learners.
- Ability to manage classrooms effectively, motivate learners, and maintain a qualified learning environment.
- Comfort with using basic educational technology and audio-visual aids during lessons.
- Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and a learner-focused, inclusive approach to teaching.
