The Engineering Manager will lead the engineering function for road and infrastructure projects across Dubai and the Northern Emirates, overseeing design reviews, technical submittals, shop drawings, NOCs, authority coordination (RTA, DEWA, DM), and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and contractual standards. The role includes managing and coordinating draftsmen, suppliers, subcontractors, and the QA/QC team, ensuring all engineering deliverables meet project specifications and quality requirements. Candidates must hold a skilled Civil Engineering qualification with 10+ years' experience in roads and infrastructure, strong knowledge of authority standards, design/constructability, and project execution workflows.
Excellent communication, problem‑solving skills, and MS Office proficiency are essential; previous RTA project experience is MUST.
