Solve engineering problems and achieve business objectives using scientific, socio-economic, technical knowledge and practical experience. Work across structural and stress design, qualification, configuration and technical management.

Must have skills : Aircraft Interior Design Good to have skills : Airbus Configuration Tools Minimum 0-2 Year(s) Of Experience Is Required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education with BE Aeronautical or Mechanical Engineering Summary: As an Engineering Services Practitioner, you will assist with end-to-end engineering services to develop technical engineering solutions that address various challenges and meet business objectives. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to analyze engineering problems, applying scientific and technical knowledge, and contributing to the design and qualification processes. You will engage in discussions that foster innovative solutions while ensuring that all engineering tasks align with the overall project goals and standards.

Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to build knowledge and support the team.

Participate in Problem Solving discussions.

Contribute to the development of innovative engineering solutions by collaborating with team members.

Assist in the analysis and evaluation of engineering designs to ensure compliance with industry standards.





Support the documentation and reporting of engineering processes and outcomes.

Support in preparation of project status reports with inclusion of Schedule, Costs, Risks, KPIs, Deliverable status

Support in setting up governance by aligning with involved stakeholders and coordinating with multi-functional teams

Support on identifying the risks and opportunities adhering to the project scope

Preparation of reports for project updates

Preparation of steering committee presentations

Follow-up and support Project Lead in setting up a medium to handle daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly steering

Preparation of the project supporting documents from creation of project charter to project closure documents Skilled & Technical Skills: Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Aircraft Interior Design.

Good To Have Skills: Experience with Airbus Configuration Tools.

Strong English communication skills

Strong analytical skills to assess engineering challenges and propose effective solutions

Understanding basic Project management

Familiarity with design software and tools relevant to aircraft interior design and basic understanding on Aircraft configuration management.

Understanding of engineering principles and practices related to aeronautical and mechanical engineering.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 0-2 years of experience in Aircraft Interior Design.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education with BE Aeronautical or Mechanical Engineering is required.
