Project Role : Engineering Services Practitioner Project Role Description : Assist with end-to-end engineering services to develop technical engineering solutions to solve problems and achieve business objectives. Solve engineering problems and achieve business objectives using scientific, socio-economic, technical knowledge and practical experience. Work across structural and stress design, qualification, configuration and technical management.
Must have skills : Wiring Harnesses Good to have skills : NA Minimum 0-2 Year(s) Of Experience Is Required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Mechanical Engineering Practitioner, you will design, analyze, and build 3D Harness routing ,structures, machines, devices, systems, and mechanical processes. A strategic aerospace engineering leader specializing in rotary wing platforms, with a strong track record in driving technical delivery, innovation, and client satisfaction. Experienced in shaping engineering processes, delivery governance, and team capability development.
Proven ability to influence design and compliance strategies through direct engagement with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and regulatory bodies. Passionate about digital transformation, with a focus on advancing MBSE, MBD, and digital continuity across the product lifecycle.
Roles & Responsibilities: You will join the Aerospace Engineering team, contributing across the full engineering lifecycle—from initial concept and design end-to-end (E2E) responsibilities.
Key responsibilities include the design of 3D Harness routing and secondary structural Brackets, assemblies, and system installations. Create and manage digital models of harness layouts,
incorporating brackets, supports, and installation features to meet engineering standards. Apply client standard wiring harness design principles and criteria to ensure compliance, manufacturability, and maintainability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate routing paths, resolve spatial conflicts, and optimize harness placement for performance and accessibility. Take full ownership of routing tasks, delivering high-quality solutions with minimal supervision while adhering to program timelines and technical requirements.
Professional & Technical Skills: Strong Knowledge of Aircraft build process-Mandatory Hands-on experience with CATIA V5 Electrical module-Mandatory. Strong analytical skills to interpret technical data and contribute to engineering problem-solving. Familiarity with engineering documentation and configuration management practices.
Ability to learn and a passion towards current technologies will be appreciated-Mandatory Ability to Read and understand Engineering drawing & BOM and good knowledge in GD&T-Mandatory; Knowledge of Tools like VPM, PASS, ACP. CADB, TAKSY, GILDA, ICC CADB, SAP-Nice to have Ready to work from client location/work from office all the working days-Mandatory Good communication skills to clearly convey technical information and collaborate with stakeholders.
Additional Information: The candidate should have a 1 years of practical experience on CATIA V5 Electrical module.
B Tech/M Tech in Aerospace, Aeronautical, or Mechanical Engineering is required
