Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
Experience: 10+ Years
Key Responsibilities
- Lead preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities to ensure maximum equipment uptime.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of major breakdowns and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Manage HT/LT electrical systems, DG sets, compressors, HVAC, water systems and utilities.
- Execute CAPEX projects, plant expansion, automation and modernization initiatives.
- Manage maintenance budgets and drive cost optimization and low-cost automation projects.
- Provide technical leadership across Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation systems.
- Maintain Powder Coating and Liquid Painting lines, ovens, conveyors and pretreatment systems.
- Drive TPM, Lean Manufacturing, Energy Conservation and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with Factories Act, Pollution Control Board, Boiler Inspectorate, Electrical Inspectorate,
Fire & Safety Regulations and Legal Metrology requirements.
- Coordinate with statutory authorities for inspections and approvals.
- Lead and develop engineering teams.

- Powder Recovery Systems
- Ovens and Curing Systems
- Conveyor Systems
- Pretreatment Plants
- Liquid Painting Lines
- Air Handling and Ventilation Systems
- Ensure consistent coating quality through equipment reliability.
