Qualification
- Bachelor s Degree in Polymer Science or Plastics Engineering
- CIPET (Central Institute of Petrochemicals Engineering Technology)
- B.Tech in Polymer Science or an equivalent qualification
Experience
- 1+ years of relevant experience in Research Development within the Polymer or Plastics manufacturing industry.

- ;Conduct testing of compounding samples and product development using; the Brabender, ;Two Roll Mill, and Compression Molding machines.
- ;Prepare and maintain RD reports, test reports, and all related documentation.
- ;Participate in plant trials after finalization of formulations/recipes by the RD team.
- ;Assist in vendor development activities and maintain all related records and data.
- ;Ensure implementation of 5S practices and maintain all RD laboratory equipment in valuable working condition through regular maintenance.
- ;Maintain proper housekeeping in the RD laboratory and keep systematic records of all market samples, raw materials, and chemicals.
