Role & responsibilities

- Coordinate with customers for New Product Introduction (NPI) programs.
- Support Program Manager in customer meetings and project reviews.
- Prepare project schedules, dashboards, trackers, and progress reports.
- Monitor project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and timelines.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Planning, Production, and Quality teams.
- Track action items and ensure timely closure.
- Identify risks and escalate critical issues.
- Support Manufacturing Readiness Level (MRL) activities.
- Maintain project documentation and compliance records.
- Ensure adherence to customer and company processes.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience in manufacturing project coordination.
- Knowledge of New Product Introduction (NPI).
- Robust project planning and tracking skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Experience: 3-5 Years Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
