- Develop and implement quality control plans: Create and maintain quality control standards, procedures, and test plans to ensure products meet specifications.
- Conduct inspections and testing: Perform inspections and tests on products at various stages of production to identify defects and non-conformities.
- Monitor production processes: Oversee and monitor the production process to ensure consistent quality and identify potential issues.
- Investigate and resolve issues:



Analyze customer complaints and non-conforming products to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions.
- Documentation and reporting: Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and quality activities, and prepare reports on findings for management.
- Ensure compliance: Guarantee that the company and its products comply with all applicable federal, industry, and international standards and regulations.
