Design & Development of Current and New Products related to Tipping Solutions Preparation of Manufacturing drawings/Technical documentation/Maintaining ERP Data.
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Working on GA drawing and Homologation drawing
- Preparation of cad model and manufacturing drawings for current projects
- Preparation of hydraulic kit drawing
- Preparation of spare part catalogue, service manual and other technical documentation
- Design change management Drawings / ERP BOM
- Coordination with plant team for manufacturing progress or issues observed.
- Working on costing estimation considering weight calculation, new material identification, manufacturing capabilities, procurement challenges
- Coordination with sales/customer for detail information
- Site visit for inspection of new prototype or resolving issues observed.
- Departmental and Process Development (ISO/IATF). Quality support.
