Daily operations responsibilities include handling and serving as the team member on the following items/activities:
- Monitoring system alerts and errors and resolve issues
- Performing daily database checks
- Controlling and monitoring user access/Grants to the database
- Managing password change and troubleshooting Issues
- Code extract from database
- Support Users in Deployment in Dev/QA/Prod
- Knowledge of Backup and restores
- Monitoring database usage.
- Troubleshooting database and Alerts.
- Participation in Patching
What you need to have:
- A minimum of 1-year hands-on experience with any Oracle database technology.
- Ability to work independently and as a team on multiple tasks and commitment to deadlines.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with team members and senior stakeholders.
- Solid analytical skills and will to be able to drill down into the issues.
- Results-focused, analytical approach with a strong customer / client service ethos.
