The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in ServiceNow, CMDB (Configuration Management Database), and eDiscovery Tools, with experience in monitoring application performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring application stability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor application performance and resolve technical issues
- Troubleshoot application-related incidents and ensure timely resolution
- Collaborate with development teams for bug fixes and enhancements
- Document support processes and provide end-user assistance
- Participate in application testing and deployment activities
- Ensure security, compliance, and data protection standards are maintained

Eligibility Requirements:





- 812 years of experience in Application Support
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow
- Robust knowledge of Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
- Experience with eDiscovery Tools
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills
- Willingness to work from NCR, Bangalore, or Hyderabad
