Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and quick-responsive Emergency Services Executive to coordinate and support emergency care operations within the hospital. The candidate will ensure smooth functioning of emergency services, assist patients and attenders during critical situations, coordinate with doctors and nursing staff, and maintain efficient patient flow in the Emergency Department. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, crisis-handling ability, and strong coordination capabilities in a rapid-paced hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate emergency patient admissions and registrations.
- Ensure immediate communication between emergency doctors, nurses, and support departments.
- Assist in handling trauma, accident, cardiac, and critical emergency cases.
- Guide patients and attendants regarding emergency procedures and documentation.
- Coordinate ambulance services and patient transfers when required.
- Maintain emergency room readiness and support smooth workflow.
- Monitor patient movement from ER to ICU, OT, wards, or diagnostic departments.
- Ensure emergency cases are prioritized according to hospital protocols.




- Maintain emergency records, reports, and patient logs accurately.
- Coordinate with billing and insurance departments for emergency admissions.
- Ensure availability of emergency consumables and notify shortages promptly.
- Handle emergency calls and provide timely internal communication.
- Support infection control and safety protocols in emergency areas.
- Assist in medico-legal case (MLC) documentation as per hospital policy.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and professional behavior at all times.
- Participate in emergency drills, disaster management activities, and training sessions.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Nursing, or related field.
- Certification in Emergency Care or BLS/ACLS is preferred.
- Prior experience in hospital emergency services is an advantage.
