We are looking for an Email Marketing / CRM Specialist who can build high-performing lifecycle campaigns and create exceptional customer experiences for a growing travel/OTA platform.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Plan, execute & optimize email marketing campaigns across the customer lifecycle
- Create automated workflows, drip campaigns & lifecycle journeys
- Build audience segmentation based on behavior, engagement & booking patterns
- Improve campaign KPIs including open rates, CTR, retention & conversions
- Execute A/B testing for subject lines, creatives, CTAs & automation flows
- Collaborate with CRM, content, design, product & growth teams
- Analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights
- Implement personalization strategies using automation & AI tools
- Understand customer booking behavior in the travel & OTA industry
- Drive engagement, upselling, cross-selling & loyalty campaigns

REQUIREMENTS

- Proven experience in Email Marketing / CRM / Lifecycle Marketing
- Prior experience in Travel, OTA, Hospitality or E-commerce industry preferred
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing & retention
- Hands-on experience with CRM and automation platforms




- Knowledge of workflows, triggers, segmentation & behavioral targeting
- Data-driven mindset with a robust focus on performance optimization
- Understanding of deliverability, list hygiene & compliance practices
- Strong communication, copywriting & storytelling skills
